A local appliance store has been selling and delivering brand-name, high-end appliances to the Kentucky area for over 100 years.  As a major appliance dealer in the market, they earn a significant amount of co-op advertising dollars.  Co-op advertising is a great way to leverage brand dollars and extend your overall advertising efforts, however, it can be extremely time-consuming and difficult to manage.  That’s where we came in!

After gaining access to all their appliance brand co-op portals, BCI Media developed a co-op advertising management solution to leverage available co-op funds.  Through thorough management of prior approvals, marketing strategies, documentation, and claim submissions, BCI Media was able to facilitate the entire co-op process on their behalf.

In an annual review process, we uncovered BCI Media assisted in managing six figures in co-op advertising and nearly forty co-op claims for our client.  Of all the claims filed, 100% were approved for full co-op reimbursement.  Additionally, we were able to leverage their market position to create new co-op opportunities with brands that do not typically offer co-op funds.  When comparing all brand advertising contributions to the client’s advertising contributions, they only paid for 50% of their total advertising budget.  This means they were able to reap the benefits of a larger advertising budget without fully paying for it!  Are your co-op claims piling up?  Send us a message!
