A regional staffing agency recognized the importance of a thorough recruitment process including the need to advertise available positions to potential employees.  That’s why they recruited BCI Media to help spread the word about multiple career opportunities in several different markets throughout the Midwest.

After reviewing the markets and job openings, BCI Media generated a custom marketing solution to reach potential candidates.  Through a collaboration of traditional television advertising and programmatic OTT, we were able to drive potential candidates to search for and apply to their available career opportunities.

In an annual review, we determined BCI Media assisted in improving overall website traffic performance as well as the number of applications received for job openings.  Website traffic increased year over year in users by 33.34%, new users by 30.36%, and sessions by 54.37%.  The average number of pages per session also grew year over year.  The total number of weekly applications received grew from 50 – 75 to 120 -150 applications received per week.  Suffering from hiring woes?
